We are not able to give our hundred percent due to our lack of focus, which is caused by doing work monotonously. In short, our brain is not able to concentrate as much as it was at the initial stage of the work. Hence, the cure to this problem, we use therapy. Therapy that helps us concentrate with the help of art is known as art therapy
For instance, let’s assume that our brain is a computer, and similarly as a computer starts to hang after a while and the user is required to refresh it so that the CPU can process things comfortably and the computer runs smoothly, the same phenomenon occurs with our brain. Hence, the human CPU, also known as the brain needs to be refreshed to focus. The capacity to focus needs to be revived from time to time otherwise the capacity of an individual will deteriorate further and will be beyond revival and art is a great tool that can help us focus.
